Refund Policy

Plath sells digital services — AI-generated essay drafts delivered immediately upon payment. Because the service is rendered at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds once a draft has been generated.

If you were charged but did not receive the service (e.g. a technical error occurred), contact support@plath.app within 7 days and we will review your case and issue a refund if appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

All Plath plans are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel. Your access remains valid through the current application cycle as stated at the time of purchase.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us at support@plath.app. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Most concerns can be resolved within 24–48 hours without involving your bank or card issuer.

Terms of Use

By using Plath, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share AI-generated drafts as your own without disclosure. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-assisted writing complies with the policies of the institutions you are applying to.

Plath is a drafting and writing assistance tool. We do not guarantee admission outcomes. All AI-generated content should be reviewed and personalized by you before submission.

Privacy
